Artist’s Comments: This favorite verse is part of a letter that Jeremiah wrote from Jerusalem to the Jewish captives in Babylon. Basically, God is saying in the letter, “Settle in. You’ll be there for a while, but I will be there with you.” We can know too that God is with us in the midst of our difficulties, and His plans for us are good.
